The answer depends on the country where you come from but yes, in most cases weddings are recognized and will be valid in your home country. This is true, for example, for EU and UK citizens. Contact us to find out what applies to your case.
After your wedding we will give you copies of the wedding certificates; as your marriage will be entered on the Italian civil register, in some cases it is not necessary to register the wedding in your home country.
It depends on the townhall/church in which you are marrying and on your nationality, but usually from 3-4 days, we strongly recommend you are in Italy for at least 3 working days before the wedding (not including the day of arrival).

Booking process and services provided
Once you let us know your preferred time and date we will check availability with the town hall/church and reserve it for you. To make a definite booking, we will ask for a deposit.
Can you arrange flowers, photography, transport and all the additional extras that we will need for the wedding?
Send us an email request, possibly with a date and preferred location, and we will send you all the information.
We will require a non refundable deposit at the time of booking. The final balance will be paid 8 weeks before the event.
We recommend at least 4 months, if you want the wedding to have civil validity. This is to allow time to make all legal arrangement. At a shorter notice, we can arrange a symbolic ceremony.
Yes if you wish, we can arrange it (violinist, String Quartet, harpist..).
Yes, we can book a deejay, a band, a guitarist and so on.
Please send us any photos that you have and we will take them to our florist for you. As long as the flowers are available this will not be a problem.
Can I arrange hairdressers, manicures and make up in advance? I don’t want to leave it until I arrive in resort.
You can arrange it as soon as the civil ceremony date has been confirmed. We know it is important to you to be able to plan ahead and we will make all reservations as soon as you advise us.
Booking hair and make up for the big day can also include a trial a few days before or on your inspection trip, if you are having one. It is extremely helpful to send us photos of the look you want to achieve. We will come to the trial with you to avoid any language barriers.
Our company and how we work
Since 2005, we are very experienced.
We will confirm each service in writing as the order of the day takes shape. The first thing to do is to choose the location for the ceremony and the venue for the reception; after that, we will keep you updated with the progress, i.e. flowers booked, photographer booked, etc. We will set up a schedule for your pre-wedding appointments. Before leaving for Italy for your wedding, we will send you a complete and detailed wedding programme.
We communicate through email, WhatsApp, Phone and Skype.
Once you agree to everything to your satisfaction, we will send you a proforma invoice. We have no hidden fees, commissions or extras on top of our quote to you. The total cost of your wedding can rise if you postpone the wedding date, if you add extra services or if you invite more guests.
There will be one or more professional wedding coordinators depending on the number of guests. On your wedding day, we will coordinate all suppliers and make sure you are not stressed with any last minute decisions.
Absolutely not! We always have a backup plan in case of bad weather (thankfully this is not a likely event in summer). We only work with venues that can provide a safe and dry alternative for the ceremony and / or the reception. We can book last minute transport for guests, bride and groom if necessary.
